Check the software version of the system

Tip

You can check the software version of any part of the BlastShield™ system from the Orchestrator

Check the firmware version of the Orchestrator

  1. Login to the Orchestrator and click on Firmware on the left-hand menu

  2. The firmware release of the Orchestrator will be displayed in the status window on the right.

Note

Below the Orchestrator firmware status, you will also see any currently upgradable Gateways and their current firmware status.  If a Gateway’s firmware version is the same as the Orchestrator, then the status Current Firmware is displayed.  If the Gateway’s firmware version is lower than that of the Orchestrator, the the Gateway’s actual firmware release is displayed.

How to check the Agent or Gateway version

  1. Login to the Orchestrator and click on Agents or Gateways on the left-hand menu.

  2. From the status window on the right, click the name of the Agent or Gateway you are interested in.

  3. The version of the Agent or Gateway will be displayed in the status window on the far right.

How to check the Client version

  1. Login to the Orchestrator and click on Users in the left hand menu.

  2. From the status window on the right, click the name of the User you are interested in.

  3. The version of the Client will be displayed in the status window on the right.
