Connecting to the Orchestrator

To access the Orchestrator the connected User must first select the Launch Orchestrator option in the Client. This will trigger an additional authentication step and the user will authenticate using a QR code and mobile device biometrics using the Mobile Authenticator app. Please remember that you must first connect to BlastShield™ before you can connect to the Orchestrator.Remote User Access - Mobile Authenticator App

Connect to the Orchestrator

To learn how to connect to the Orchestrator, watch the following video or read the steps below

  1. Make sure you have already connected to BlastShield™ using the Mobile Authenticator App.

  2. Select the "Launch Orchestrator" button on the BlastShield™ Client.

  3. Scan the QR code with the Mobile Authenticator App on your mobile device.

  4. Verify your facial or biometric identity on your mobile device.

  5. The Orchestrator will open in your browser.
