Connect to the Orchestrator using the BlastShield™ Authenticator App

To access the Orchestrator the connected User must first select the Launch Orchestrator option in the Client. This will trigger an additional authentication step and the user will authenticate using a QR code and mobile device biometrics using the Mobile Authenticator app.

Please remember that you must have already connected to BlastShield™ before you can connect to the Orchestrator. If you want to first learn how to connect to BlastShield™, then see this article.

Connect to the Orchestrator

Below are the steps required to access a BlastShield™ Orchestrator using the BlastShield™ Authenticator App:

Make sure you have already connected to BlastShield™ using the Mobile Authenticator App. See this article on how to do this.
Select the "Launch Orchestrator" button on the BlastShield™ Client.
Scan the QR code with the Mobile Authenticator App on your mobile device.
Select the network you wish to access, and select "OK"
Verify your facial or biometric identity on your mobile device
The Orchestrator will open in your browser.

Note, the BlastShield™ Desktop App must remain running while you are connected to the BlastShield™ network.


